RCO Catalytic Combustion Equipment for pollution-control projects

Activated carbon adsorption-desorption plus catalytic combustion equipment for medium and high concentration VOC exhaust gas treatment in coating, printing, rubber, plastic and chemical applications.

RCO catalytic combustion equipment is discussed when a VOC project needs adsorption concentration, high-temperature desorption and catalytic oxidation rather than simple adsorption replacement.

Typical air-volume options from the new treatment document include 5000, 10000, 15000, 20000 and 30000 m3/h. The route uses honeycomb activated carbon for adsorption, hot-air desorption at about 160-180 deg C and a catalytic combustion chamber usually operating around 200-400 deg C.
