Overview

VOC Online Monitoring System for environmental monitoring projects

VOC, NMHC and benzene series online monitoring system for industrial emission sources and ambient applications.

A VOC online monitoring system is selected for chemical plants, coating lines, petrochemical areas, storage tank zones, industrial park boundaries and source emission points where volatile organic compounds need to be continuously observed. It supports both source emission and ambient monitoring discussions depending on sampling arrangement.

Configuration depends on target compounds, measurement method, sampling temperature, moisture, particulate condition, explosion-proof requirement and data output. For NMHC or benzene series projects, sampling lines, calibration gas, carrier gas and analyzer cabinet conditions are part of the early configuration discussion.

Working Logic

Configured around the actual monitoring point

VOC measurement and sampling path depend on target compounds, range, response time and method.

Monitoring point

VOC emission sources, plant boundary air, workshops or hazardous gas areas

Sample condition

Temperature, moisture, dust, solids, corrosive components or compound type may affect configuration.

Instrument package

Analyzer, detector, sampler, cabinet, pretreatment and data output can be combined as one product package.

Model-specific specifications

Specifications are prepared according to the selected model and actual project requirement.

Product Details

Details Huisheng reviews before confirming a model

Huisheng reviews the product model together with the measured medium, target range, sampling condition, installation position and required specifications. This keeps the product discussion tied to the real monitoring point.

Measuring range

Expected concentration or detection level helps determine the model and measurement method.

Sample condition

Temperature, moisture, suspended solids, dust, corrosion or target compound behavior may change the configuration.

Method direction

VOC measurement and sampling path depend on target compounds, range, response time and method.

Installation package

Fixed point, boundary point, workshop area, mobile unit or portable inspection use

Data output

Communication output, alarm logic and model-specific specifications depend on the selected model.

Measured Parameters

Monitoring indicators covered by this product series

The final parameter package depends on the selected model, measuring range, sample condition and data output requirement. For many projects, one instrument is part of a complete monitoring point rather than a stand-alone purchase.

VOCs

Gas indicator used for VOC, toxic gas, hazardous area or industrial boundary monitoring.

NMHC

Gas indicator used for VOC, toxic gas, hazardous area or industrial boundary monitoring.

Benzene series

Gas indicator used for VOC, toxic gas, hazardous area or industrial boundary monitoring.

Methane

This item is confirmed by the selected model, measuring range, sample condition and site requirement.

Sample heating

This item is confirmed by the selected model, measuring range, sample condition and site requirement.

Data acquisition

This item is confirmed by the selected model, measuring range, sample condition and site requirement.

System Composition

How the product fits into a complete monitoring chain

Most projects connect the product with sample access, conditioning, measurement, data acquisition and reporting. The exact arrangement depends on the site and selected model.

Sampling probe or ambient intake

The sample access point determines whether filtration, heating, flow control or preservation is required.

Heated sampling line if required

This part is configured according to the selected model and actual site conditions.

Pretreatment and flow control

Pretreatment protects the analyzer and helps keep measurement conditions stable.

VOC analyzer or detector module

This part is configured according to the selected model and actual site conditions.

Data acquisition and alarm output

Data acquisition, alarm output and communication must match the project platform or reporting requirement.
