AG-CMn07 is used for online permanganate index monitoring, especially in surface-water and water-source projects where CODmn is used as an organic pollution trend indicator.
The measurement route uses potassium permanganate oxidation spectrophotometry. Potassium permanganate and sulfuric acid are added to the sample, the mixture is digested, and the instrument converts the color change into permanganate index output. The available measuring range is 0-20 mg/L and can be configured by project requirement.
