Overview

Heavy Metal Online Analyzer for environmental monitoring projects

AG heavy metal online analyzers for hexavalent chromium, lead, cadmium, arsenic, total chromium, zinc, nickel, iron, manganese, copper, silver, cyanide, cobalt, antimony and tin monitoring.

Heavy metal monitoring is selected by target element rather than one universal analyzer. The AG scope includes hexavalent chromium, lead, cadmium, arsenic, total chromium, zinc, nickel, iron, volatile phenol, manganese, copper, fluoride ion (F-), silver, cyanide, cobalt, antimony, tin, thallium and mercury.

The heavy-metal range is selected by target indicator and sample matrix. Typical examples include 0-20 mg/L for several metal indicators, 0-10 mg/L for selected toxic indicators and 0-2 mg/L for cadmium. Final selection depends on target element, expected concentration and wastewater condition.

Working Logic

Configured around the actual monitoring point

The target element, detection limit and pretreatment route must be confirmed parameter by parameter.

Monitoring point

Wastewater, surface water, process water or water network points

Sample condition

Temperature, moisture, dust, solids, corrosive components or compound type may affect configuration.

Instrument package

Analyzer, detector, sampler, cabinet, pretreatment and data output can be combined as one product package.

Model-specific specifications

Specifications are prepared according to the selected model and actual project requirement.

Product Details

Details Huisheng reviews before confirming a model

Huisheng reviews the product model together with the measured medium, target range, sampling condition, installation position and required specifications. This keeps the product discussion tied to the real monitoring point.

Measuring range

Expected concentration or detection level helps determine the model and measurement method.

Sample condition

Temperature, moisture, suspended solids, dust, corrosion or target compound behavior may change the configuration.

Method direction

The target element, detection limit and pretreatment route must be confirmed parameter by parameter.

Installation package

Indoor cabinet, outdoor station, shelter or process-side installation depending on site

Data output

Communication output, alarm logic and model-specific specifications depend on the selected model.

Measured Parameters

Monitoring indicators covered by this product series

The final parameter package depends on the selected model, measuring range, sample condition and data output requirement. For many projects, one instrument is part of a complete monitoring point rather than a stand-alone purchase.

System Composition

How the product fits into a complete monitoring chain

Most projects connect the product with sample access, conditioning, measurement, data acquisition and reporting. The exact arrangement depends on the site and selected model.

Parameter-specific AG analyzer model

This part is configured according to the selected model and actual site conditions.

Sample pathway compatible with target indicator

The sample access point determines whether filtration, heating, flow control or preservation is required.

Pretreatment / digestion or reaction section

Pretreatment protects the analyzer and helps keep measurement conditions stable.

Reagent and calibration arrangement

This part is configured according to the selected model and actual site conditions.

Data output and waste handling

Data acquisition, alarm output and communication must match the project platform or reporting requirement.

Application Scene Water Quality Online Monitoring
Typical Applications

Where this equipment is usually discussed

Water monitoring applications are selected by monitoring point first: discharge outlet, treatment process, river station, water network or industrial process water. The instrument scope then follows the parameter group, sample condition and cabinet arrangement.

Electroplating wastewater

Used where discharge quality, treatment stability or final outlet trends need to be followed with clearer online data.

Metal finishing wastewater

Used where discharge quality, treatment stability or final outlet trends need to be followed with clearer online data.

Industrial park key pollutant outlets

Configured according to the monitoring point, sample condition, installation environment and expected data use.

Chemical wastewater monitoring

Used where discharge quality, treatment stability or final outlet trends need to be followed with clearer online data.

Surface water risk monitoring

Suitable for distributed water points where physical, nutrient or chemical indicators need continuous observation.

Environmental supervision stations

Configured according to the monitoring point, sample condition, installation environment and expected data use.
